We suggest 33" inches for ladies standard, 31" for petite
length, and 34" for ladies tall. Some putters are available in
32".
We have
noticed that some companies are advertising 34" as ladies standard
length - as well as some golf professionals. Companies that
specialize in ladies clubs seem to go with the 33" length for ladies
clubs - and those that don't seem to go with 34".
If you
are having problems with your putting, we encourage you to try seminars
and classes offered by companies such as Dave Pelz. At 5'6", the
instructors recommend that I play with a 31" putter. In the two
seminars I have attended, 90% of the students were advised that their
putters were too long.
So we
give a thumbs down for 34" putters in ladies standard length.
