What if you
decide you don't like it?
Just give us
a call for a return authorization.
As long as the product is:
-unused and in new
condition
-not a custom order
-returned with its original packaging materials,
e.g., vendor tags, warranties, etc.
you can return the item -at your
expense- up to two weeks after you received it, and we will credit you for the amount of purchase less our cost to originally
ship the item to you as long as the product is received by us in new
condition.
Email first
for an authorization number - and then just send it back to us at your expense to
iGolfstore.com, 622 State Street, Garland, TX 75040.
Insurance
Please insure the shipment for your
own protection. If the shipment is damaged in transit, we cannot accept it as
a return, and you will need to seek reimbursement from the shipper, e.g., UPS
or USPS.
Authorization
Number Missing
If you send
us a return without an authorization number, an additional $10.00 will be
charged, not to exceed the amount of purchase.
Missing Packing Materials
If
the product is received without the original packaging materials, e.g., vendor tags, even
though it is in new and unused condition, the greater of an additional $10
restocking fee or 15% of the amount of purchase will also apply.
New Adjusted Order Less than $75
If you were not
charged shipping on your original order because it was over $75, and you
return merchandise that adjusts your order to less than $75, the adjustment
will include $5.00 for shipping.
Late
Returns
You have two weeks from the receipt of the order, to return
the product - that is, to give to UPS, USPS or Fed EX for shipment. When an
order is shipped after that time, the greater of an additional $10
restocking fee or 15% of the amount of purchase will also apply.
*Custom orders are includes all special orders such as lie changes, 1/2"
length orders and other nonstandard specifications,
embroidered golf bags, and similar
products.
